Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Analysis & Strategy : Lead and execute business analysis activities for critical projects within the Asset Management domain, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to drive project success and implement business solutions.
  • Project Execution : Oversee the execution of key asset management initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency through process automation, technology adoption, and best practice implementation.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making : Leverage data analytics to support business strategy, performance tracking, and informed decision-making.
  • Risk & Compliance : Ensure adherence to financial regulations, compliance standards, and risk management frameworks.
  • Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of experienced Business Analysts, fostering a high-performance culture and encouraging professional growth.
