Job Summary:

  • We are hiring energetic and confident
    Marketing Support Executives
    for a
    3-month contractual role
    to support our participation in the upcoming
    KISAN Exhibition
    – India's largest Agri expo.
  • The primary responsibility will be to
    call and engage with potential participants, exhibitors, and visitors
    , provide event details, and support lead generation activities.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in event marketing and customer outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make
    outbound calls
    to farmers, vendors, exhibitors, and partners to inform them about the
    KISAN Exhibition
    .
  • Share event-related details such as dates, venue, registration process, stall bookings, etc.
  • Maintain and update call logs, lead sheets, and CRM entries accurately.
  • Answer basic queries regarding the event and redirect complex queries to the concerned team.
  • Follow up with interested leads to complete registrations or bookings.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling meetings, callbacks, or support.
  • Assist in generating daily/weekly reports of call outcomes and lead conversion.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills in
    Punjabi & English.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets/CRM).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence while speaking.
  • Punctual and target-oriented mindset.
