Requirements:Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting and finance roles.Strong knowledge and experience in consolidation of accounts, statutory audit, ERP systems, IND-AS, and statutory reporting.Proficiency in using accounting software and ERP systems for financial management and reporting.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.High level of attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and communicate financial information effectively.Proactive approach to learning and staying updated with changes in accounting standards and regulations.Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
