Tata Electronics is committed to creating a socioeconomic footprint by employing many women in its workforce and actively supporting local communities through initiatives in environment, education, healthcare, sports and livelihood.ResponsibilitiesOverall Security DRI of the plantOverall Security management of Plant to include Physical Security, Material Security, IP SecurityLead, guide and train a team of subordinate Security DRIsFunction as a Plant HOD Security and contribute to Plant CFT functioningAssist Safety Team in identifying and resolving Plant safety concernsContinuously analyze emerging external and internal security threats and devise mitigating processesContinuous interaction and coord with customers, govt agencies to address security concernsEssential AttributesExposure to Security and Safety management of a Plant/ encampment/ military base. Preference to individuals exposed to leadership positions in units handling sensitive, cost critical equipmentProven Leadership skills especially of large teamsOperational and CFT experienceDecision makingMaturity and EmpathyGood communication skillsQualificationsArmed Forces background.Gp Capt/ Colonel/ Captain rank in the IAF/ Indian Army/ Indian Navy. For lower ranks (not below Sqn Ldr/ Major/ Lt Cdr), atleast 10 years of corporate experience in Security.Should have commanded a unit/ ship (for Gp Capt/Col/Capt). For lower ranks (with corporate experience) should have functioned as Security Head of an industrial plant.Should have preferably commanded a military base with CFT dynamics. For lower ranks, should have functioned as Security Head of a Plant.Preferable experience in Greenfield activities
