Chief Plant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Director to lead our end-to-end plant management. The ideal candidate must possess strong expertise in food manufacturing, particularly in the spices and masala industry.Key Responsibilities:Plant Operations Management: Lead and manage multiple factory units independently, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.Quality, Compliance & Certifications: Ensure strict adherence to GMP, FSSAI, ISO, AGMARK, and all statutory guidelines.Strategy, Systems & Processes: Develop and implement operational strategies to improve plant performance.Costing & Productivity Management: Manage end-to-end product costing and monitor cost parameters.Team Leadership & Workforce Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams across all units.Reporting & MIS: Prepare and present MIS reports weekly, fortnightly, and monthly.Required Skills and Qualifications:Mandatory experience in the Spices & Masala industry.Proven track record in FMCG food manufacturing operations.Ability to independently manage multiple factory units.Strong knowledge of GMP, FSSAI, ISO certifications, and food safety standards.Benefits:Opportunity to work in a leading food manufacturing company.Chance to develop your skills and leadership abilities.
