- Customer Service:Build and maintain strong customer relationships, resolve escalated customer issues, and gather feedback to improve services.
- Compliance & Risk Management:Ensure the branch adheres to all company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.

- Reporting:Prepare performance reports and present insights to senior management.
