Job profile: The role of the student success executive is to handle various day-to-day student support activities. This would involve coordination between students, mentors and placement teams and ensure the right set of information is shared with the students on a timely basis. This role would also involve interacting with external stakeholders like National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) for student certification related activities.
Qualifications: Any degree
Responsibilities:
Handle various queries from students received via various channels (Email / In-person / WhatsApp) and ensure all of them are addressed promptly on-time
Closely coordinate with various internal teams which includes mentors and placement team to ensure all the coordination activities are done promptly (Example - Mock interviews)
Handle certification requests from students and provide them as per the process
Coordinate with National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and conduct external certification activities by taking complete coordination responsibility
Skills:
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Dynamic and go-getter mentality to get things done on time
Ability to strike conversation with students and motivate them by providing right information on time
Previous experience in handling students in Academia / Counseling / Recruitment industry would be a plus
Proficiency in usage of various office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience: 1 + years of experience
