Internship Opening: Sales and Marketing Assistant

About Workable AI:

WorkableAI is an AI-driven edtech platform founded by IIT Kanpur alumni (Y17) that aims to revolutionize student evaluation and assessment. Our mission is to build tools that cater to each student’s personalized learning needs. At WorkableAI, we’re reshaping how educators approach assessments by automating the creation of worksheets, quizzes, and daily practice problems (DPPs). Our platform simplifies evaluation for educators while enabling customized question types and difficulty levels, making assessments smarter, faster, and more effective.

Role: Sales and Marketing Assistant (Internship)

What We Are Looking For:

We need a proactive and enthusiastic individual to support our team in building collaborations with YouTubers, teachers, and coaching institutes. This role requires someone who can think creatively, take ownership of tasks, and go the extra mile to bring new clients on board.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Research and build a comprehensive database of coaching institutes, teachers, and educational YouTubers.- Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels to initiate conversations.- Schedule meetings and facilitate direct discussions between potential clients and WorkableAI’s founders.- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to onboard educators and institutes to the WorkableAI platform.- Maintain detailed records of outreach, follow-ups, and client interactions.- Collaborate with the team to ideate and implement marketing campaigns tailored to the education sector.- Identify and build connections within the education ecosystem, including partnerships with key stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.- Familiarity with the education sector or existing connections in the field is a big plus.- Ability to multitask and work independently.- Basic knowledge of edtech trends and platforms.
