Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Property Transaction Advisor  to join our Property Management vertical, specializing in resale and rental deals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire property transaction lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure. This role involves prospect calling, client management, site visit coordination & management, negotiation, and everything necessary to ensure successful property transactions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:  Identify and contact potential clients through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Client Relationship Management:  Build and maintain relationships with property buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
  • Property Listings Management:  Ensure accurate and attractive listings are maintained for resale and rental properties.
  • Site Visit Coordination:  Schedule and manage property tours for prospective clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closing:  Handle all negotiations between buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords to ensure favourable terms for all parties involved.
  • Documentation & Compliance:  Oversee the preparation and signing of legal agreements, ensuring compliance with local real estate laws and regulations (including RERA if applicable).
  • Post-Transaction Follow-Up:  Maintain strong after-sales relationships and provide support for any post-transaction services required by clients.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate transactions (resale and rental) preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to generate leads and close deals effectively.
  • Knowledge of property laws and regulations, including RERA.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
