Job Description Key Responsibilities Drive feasibility studies, business case analysis, and sensitivity analysis for global expansion projects. Lead financial control, reporting, and compliance across domestic & international entities (IFRS, Transfer Pricing, Accounting Norms). Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Business Development on business growth strategies. Oversee reporting and compliance for 3 JVs with Japanese partners . Lead and mentor a finance team of 6 , ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and growth. Act as second-in-command to the Business Controller , handling 70–80% international finance exposure. What We’re Looking For Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA / MBA (Finance). 10+ years of experience in finance leadership, preferably with Big 4 consulting/audit exposure . Strong expertise in IFRS, Transfer Pricing, Accounting Standards . Hands-on experience in feasibility analysis, business case study preparation, asset utilization, and financial risk assessment . Strong stakeholder management with international interaction experience . Flexible to work from Ranjangaon with partial presence in Viman Nagar .
