With a commitment to long-term success, they empower clients and society to move confidently into the digital future.Responsibilities and QualificationsSelected ResponsibilitiesWhat will you do in this role:Analyzes complex business problems and bring solutions on the table.Own and drive cross-functional Issues with various teams to address business needsLeading workshops, gathering requirements, and documenting business processes.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.Designing and configuring SAP BRIM solutions to meet specific business needs.Prepare solutions and provide Demo of functionalities asked by Business/IT team membersTesting: Perform Unit, Integration, E2 E QA testing, Support UAT, Performance, Stage testingWrite test Scenarios and test steps in all/some of the above test life cyclesPerform Cut-over, Go-Live, Post Go-Live activities as part of implementationPrepare Training, KT documents to train team on functionality implemented.Providing post-implementation support and troubleshooting.Program management knowledge: Experience in leading or contributing to BRIM implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment.Perform work in Pacific time zone, and flexible to work with Business/IT counterparts in Asia/EMEA regions in their time zones on an ad hoc basisStaying up to date with the latest SAP BRIM technologies and best practices.QualificationsWhat you need to be successful in this role:SME with EXPERT KNOWLEDGE in SAP BRIM modules, subscription billing, revenue management, Convergent Charging, and Convergent Invoicing, S4 HANA.15+ years of experience in SAP Quote to Cash areas with 5+ yrs experience in SAP BRIM Implementation with focus on CI, CC, FICA and posting/integration to S4 HANAExpert in Accounts receivables, Billing/Invoice to Cash posting ProcessHands on experience Customizing Billing plans and providing creative solutions.Integrating CI/CC/FICA into S4 HANA integration and G/L postingsExperience participating in all phases of several full-lifecycle SAP implementations is often required, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.Hands-on functional configuration and design: Experience with configuring and designing solutions within the different components of SAP such as Subscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), Convergent Mediation (CM), Contract Accounting (FI-CA) is crucial.A deep understanding of different revenue models, such as subscription billing, usage-based billing, overage charges, and burn down models, is important for implementing BRIM effectively.Experience designing and implementing complex rate structures, charge plans, and real-time rating scenarios.Understanding of CI's role in invoice creation, management, and integration with other BRIM components.Knowledge of FI-CA's functionalities for contract management, financial postings, and integration with other SAP modules.Integration BRIM solutions with the latest SAP S/4 HANA platform and other S4 Hana modules.Integrate SAP BRIM with other CRM, CPQ, CLM, EMS, Middleware and other non-SAP systems.Ability to interact with all levels of business users (end-users/executives).Highly motivated and driven, with keen attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a self-managed environment.VERY STRONG communication, presentation, and teamwork skills are essential for interacting with clients, stakeholders, and other team membersKnowledge of Agile Methodology is an added advantageEducationBS/MS Computer Science, Communications, Information Technology or related discipline.Certification in BRIM, SAP Sales and Distribution module is preferred.✅ Mandatory SkillsExpert-level knowledge in SAP BRIM modulesConvergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), FI-CASubscription Order Management (SOM), Mediation (CM)15+ years SAP experience in Quote to Cash / Billing solutions5+ years hands-on SAP BRIM implementation experienceStrong expertise in Billing, Revenue Management, Accounts ReceivableIntegration experience with SAP S/4 HANA (posting & G/L integration)Hands-on configuration of complex billing/rating modelsIntegration experience with CRM, CPQ, CLM, EMS & middleware systemsExperience in end-to-end SAP implementation lifecycleStrong solution design + functional configuration experienceExcellent client communication and stakeholder management
