Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, and implement SAP Subscription Order Management (SOM) solutions. Support end-to-end BRIM processes including subscription handling, order capture, and product bundling. Collaborate with Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and FI-CA teams. Integrate SOM with CRM, S/4 HANA, and external systems. Prepare and maintain functional/technical documentation for configurations and integrations. Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
