Share Category Lead - Indirect Services Various Supply Chain 18113BR Job Highlights The Category Lead is responsible for the procurement and management of indirect services which consist of, but not limited to, the following categories; Human Resources, Recruitment, ESH, Communications and Corporate Strategy Agreements, across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. This role will be responsible for running the Procurement Tenders, evaluating and executing the agreements on behalf of the stakeholders, identifying opportunities for cost savings, enhancing supplier diversity, and driving forward operational efficiencies for the business. Your responsibilities will include: Executing full procurement life cycle in line with company processes, including Request for Proposal, order placement, delivery, tracking, service verification, payment approval, and maintaining accurate records. Coordinating across multiple time zones to leverage Lockheed Martin Corporate Agreements and engage with international suppliers. Partner with the LM Legal team to ensure the correct Terms and Conditions are applied for LM Australia and Asia-Pacific procurements. Support team members with procurement guidance and issue resolution. Oversee additional procurement activities outside your core categories as required. Analysing and reporting on Supply Chain Metrics to Leadership About you: Extensive experience running procurement tenders, executing and managing service-based contracts within a large organisation. Strong capability in reviewing, negotiating, and managing Terms and Conditions, including Service Level Agreements, for Service Contracts. Proven ability to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated track record of delivering savings, driving value for money, and improving commercial outcomes. Ability to analyse data to appropriately manage and set clear direction for the category. As well as the above any skills & experience in the following is highly desirable: Experience negotiating international Terms and Conditions and developing contract documentation. Strong data analytics capability and confidence using SAP. Exposure to supply planning processes, business rhythms, and reporting cycles. Special Requirements: Role can be based in Adelaide or Melbourne.
