This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical depth with business acumen and thrives in a fast-scaling environment.Key Responsibilities:1. Campaign Planning & OptimizationPlan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across quick commerce platforms.Continuously optimize campaigns to achieve efficiency, scale, and ROI targets.Analyze data, identify growth opportunities, and ensure maximum return on ad spends.2. Platform Growth & VisibilityBuild monthly visibility and performance plans in collaboration with category managers.Drive platform-funded campaigns, cross-brand collaborations, and visibility initiatives.Strengthen relationships with category and platform teams to accelerate growth.3. Data & InsightsMonitor daily spends, conversions, and ROI across platforms.Develop dashboards or trackers to visualize trends and highlight optimization opportunities.Present actionable insights with clarity — what’s working, what needs improvement, and what’s next.Use cohort and regional performance data to guide platform strategies and improve efficiency.4.
