Enterprise Agility Consultant/ Product Delivery Expert

We are seeking an experienced Product Delivery Expert / Coach to work with our clients from diverse industries to accelerate their transformation journey beyond agile to product delivery and Adaptive Value Engineering.
The consultant will work with senior leaders and delivery teams to drive product delivery across the value chain. As a coach, they help leaders, managers and teams to understand how they can move forward beyond the agile theatrics towards product delivery. As a consultant, they will closely work with the teams to develop a product delivery culture and psychological safe environment.
As a subject matter expert, he/she will assist the transformation lead in providing direction and guidance throughout their transformation journey.
Whilst we appreciate all the aspirants, this role requires hands-on experience in delivering transformation outcomes . It involves coaching, training, transformation roadmap creation, tracking & implementing the change with the respective leaders and creating improvement habits through regular assessments. The work involves working as a member of the ecosystem (not as an external guest) where the consultant adopts a tell / show / do approach . They have the capability to go beyond asking questions & typical framework ideologies. They focus on co-creating solutions that the teams can take forward to make an impact.

Responsibilities:
- Executes the Product Delivery transformation strategy with the teams on ground
- Influences senior leaders, middle management and product teams to drive business outcomes
- Rollout approach for squads to enable product delivery
- Rollout approach for scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS,
- Delivers trainings: Product Managers, Metrics, Operating Model, Engineering Excellence etc.
- Facilitates workshops: Adaptive Planning, Strategy, Northstar, Envisioning, Design thinking etc.
- Delivers coaching: assists the teams with the ceremonies, gives recommendations on the bottlenecks identified in the prioritisation/delivery pipeline, mentors and coaches individual squads members, recommends and configures collaboration tools (Azure DevOps, Mural, JIRA, Trello, Miro etc…)
- Implements and co-creates the approach to agreed transformation metrics
- Trains and educates the teams stakeholders and senior leadership: end-users (leadership, adaptive value engineering, etc..)
- Identifies and escalates the transformation impediments to the management team
- Promotes an engineering culture of innovation by trying new approaches and techniques in line with the transformation objectives
- Works closely with the Product and Business Leaders to ensure that the delivery organisation is aligned with the business objectives and scorecard
- Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

We we are looking for?
- Practical knowledge and experience of at least 1 full SDLC - understanding how work actually gets done
- 5+ years of experience working as enterprise agile coach, Product Leader or Engineering manager
- 7+ years’ experience in technology and working in an agile environment
- Good understanding of Financials / Insurance / Telecom environment
- Experience with building and growing cross-functional teams
- Excellent facilitation techniques to drive various types of ceremonies/events
- Excellent knowledge of the backlog management techniques: estimations techniques, story slicing and distribution, MoSCOW, etc…
- Excellent interpersonal skills; solid verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to influence leaders at all levels of the organization.
- Curious and empathetic
