JobSummary:
AGrowth Marketing Manager devises and executes strategies to drivebusiness
growth throughdigital channels that directly drives useracquisition
engagementretention and revenue growth. This role requires a blendof
creativity analyticalskills and handson experience in variousmarketing
channels.
Themanager is responsible for analysing campaign data identifyingtrends and
implementingchanges to improve performance. They work closely withcross
functional teamsto align marketing efforts with overall businessobjectives
productlaunches and contentstrategies.
The roleinvolves continual testing and refinement of marketing tacticskeeping
abreast of thelatest digital marketing trends and exploring new channelsfor
user acquisition andgrowth.
KeyResponsibilities:
Developand Execute GrowthStrategies:
Designimplement and manage growth strategies to driveuser
acquisitionretention andrevenue.
Utilizedatadriven approaches to identify growth opportunitiesand
optimize marketingefforts.
DigitalMarketing:
Overseeand optimize campaigns across various digitalmarketing
channelsincluding SEO SEM social media email and contentmarketing.
Manageperformance marketing campaigns on platforms like GoogleAds
Facebook InstagramandLinkedIn.
DataAnalysis andReporting:
Analyzemarketing data to track performance identify trendsand
provide actionableinsights.
Create andpresent regular reports on marketing performanceand
growthmetrics.
A/BTesting andExperimentation:
ConductA/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of differentmarketing
strategies andtactics.
Implementsuccessful experiments at scale to drivegrowth.
CustomerJourneyOptimization:
Mapand optimize the customer journey to improve user experienceand
conversionrates.
Collaborate withproduct and UX teams to enhance the userexperience.
CollaborationandLeadership:
Workclosely with crossfunctional teams including Product Salesand
Customer Success toalign growth initiatives with businessobjectives.
Lead andmentor a team of marketingprofessionals.
ContentStrategy:
Developand execute a content strategy that supports growthobjectives.
Oversee thecreation of highquality content that engages andconverts
the targetaudience.
Partnershipsand InfluencerMarketing:
Identifyand build strategic partnerships and influencer relationshipsto
expand reach anddrive growth.
Managecomarketing campaigns andcollaborations.
Pointscan be included:
ROIdriven Direct Response marketing strategies that drive thedirection
of landingpages websites copy layouts and funnels that are designedto
convert
Strategieswith the CEO GM Commercial how to optimise pricingtiers
forgrowth
Basedon audits on the company website focusingon UX UIpage
performance andcopywriting suggest andexecute improvementsthat
are designed toincrease their conversionrate.
Develop monitorand improve live campaigns analyse websitesand
funnels and prepareperformance analysis reports that identify areasof
opportunity.
Providingreporting to the senior management team againstagreed
performancemeasures and providing insights on strategies andtactics.
Develop andoversee the implementation of growth marketingcampaigns
with a focuson content marketing social media marketing andpaid
advertising
Developa unified approach to the company s overall marketing effortsin
collaboration withthe social media product and designteams
Createbrand marketing campaigns (in collaboration withrelevant
internal teams)that will be aimed at increasing brand awarenessand
engaging withexisting audiences
Workwith content marketing team to ensure thecompany blogsocial
media accountsand website are continuously updated and optimizedto
provide a great userexperience
Compileperformance reports to brief executive leadership onmarketing
initiativesand product performance and provide recommendationson
improvementstrategies
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field (Masters
degreepreferred).
Provenexperience (5 years) in growth marketing or a similarrole.
Strongunderstanding of digital marketing channels tools andbest
practices.
Proficiencyin marketing analytics tools (e.g. GoogleAnalyticsSemrush
AHrefsShopify).
Experiencewith A/B testing and datadriven decisionmaking.
Excellentcommunication leadership and project managementskills.
Creative thinkerwith a passion for innovation andcontinuous
improvement.
Abilityto work in a fastpaced dynamic environment andmanage
multiple projectssimultaneously.
