Job Title Growth Marketer Experience Level 1-3 Years Location Chennai Job Description We are seeking a talented and experienced Growth Hack Marketer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and user acquisition through innovative marketing strategies and tactics. You will leverage the latest social media platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation technologies to identify and execute effective growth hacking campaigns. You will involve every stage of the funnel including awareness, acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, and referral

Responsibilities Develop and execute growth strategies focused on increasing brand awareness and engagement across various social media platforms. Create, curate, and manage engaging content for social media posts, stories, and campaigns. Conduct in-depth analysis of social media performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Utilize data-driven approaches and advanced marketing tools to optimize social media content and campaigns for maximum reach and engagement. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in social media marketing and growth hacking, applying them to our strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and product, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts. Experiment with new growth strategies and channels and A/B test campaigns Monitor and report on the performance of growth initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with influencers and brand advocates. Requirements Proven hands-on experience as a Growth Marketer, Social Media Marketer, or similar role. Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, ,) and their respective best practices. Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics). Hands-on experience with advanced marketing tools and growth hacking techniques. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making. Education and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Relevant certifications in digital marketing, growth hacking, or marketing analytics are a plus
