Senior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities: • Lead the visual design direction for campaigns, branding, and product communication. • Deliver high-quality creative assets across digital and print platforms. • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to translate business goals into impactful designs. • Maintain and evolve brand identity through consistent and innovative visual language. • Own projects end-to-end — from concept, ideation, and design to delivery. • Guide and mentor junior designers, ensuring design quality and team growth. • Optimize workflows, templates, and design systems for scalability and speed. • Stay updated with design trends and bring innovative approaches to the team. Skills & Competencies: • Strong command over Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and brand storytelling. • Proven experience in creating marketing campaigns, branding, and visual systems. • Good understanding of motion graphics / video editing tools (a plus). • Strong presentation and communication skills. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Qualification: • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience. • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work. Nice to Have: • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment. • Familiarity with UI/UX principles. • Experience contributing to or leading design teams.
