Senior Graphic Designer

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite) Working Days: 6 days/week CTC: ₹5 – 6.5 LPA Experience: 5+ years Employment Type: Full-time Are you a design storyteller who blends creativity with strategy? We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual identity of our brand across digital and offline platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a strong aesthetic sense, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to translate ideas into impactful designs that drive brand growth. Key Responsibilities Conceptualize and execute high-impact designs for campaigns, social media, website, print, packaging, and presentations. Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual touchpoints. Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to bring ideas to life. Lead creative thinking for campaigns - from moodboarding to final execution. Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on tight timelines. Guide and mentor junior designers when required. Requirements Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience. A strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, and creative strategy. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects or Premiere Pro). Deep understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling. Ability to balance creative vision with business objectives. Prior experience with lifestyle, beauty, or D2C brands is a plus. Motion design or video editing skills will be an added advantage.
