Finance Jr Analyst

Role Purpose:To ensure accuracy, compliance, and process excellence in the Accounts Payable function by monitoring invoice processing quality, handling exceptions, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Quality Assurance & Compliance Perform regular quality checks on invoices and suppliers to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies and SOX controls.Conduct periodic sample audits of all transactions to identify errors and compliance gaps. Root Cause Analysis Analyse recurring errors and exceptions, recommend corrective actions, and implement preventive measures. Continuous Improvement Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce defects.Collaborate with automation teams to integrate quality controls in systems. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Procure-to-Pay processes. Strong knowledge of invoice processing, compliance, and audit controls . Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Preferred Skills: Experience in quality assurance or internal audit within finance operations. Knowledge of SOX compliance and global P2P best practices. Exposure to process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
