We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end planning, design, execution, and monitoring of multidisciplinary projects involving civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering works. The role requires strong leadership, coordination with government/statutory bodies, vendor management, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead overall project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
  2. Oversee design aspects across civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering, including preparation of architectural layouts for new facilities.
  3. Coordinate and liaise with government departments and statutory bodies (e.g., MPCB, MSEDCL, PWD, Boiler Inspectorate) for approvals and compliance.
  4. Track and review project progress; initiate measures to reduce execution timelines and resolve bottlenecks.
  5. Manage resource allocation, training, and development needs of project staff.
  6. Drive vendor management vendor identification, evaluation, quotation analysis, negotiation, and recommendation for management decisions.
  7. Assess project requirements in alignment with management aspirations and organizational goals.
  8. Ensure optimum utilization of resources while maintaining cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
  9. Maintain and update project documentation online, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
  10. Implement and enforce safety guidelines across all project activities.
  11. Prepare and submit weekly project progress reports to management.
  12. Support and execute additional assignments from VP – Operations as required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in project management with exposure to large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliances and liaisoning with government bodies.
  • Expertise in vendor management, resource planning, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools/software is desirable.
