Job Description About the client -  We are a world-changing team of AI researchers and engineers working on the cutting edge of generative AI. We are building systems that work across telephony, chat, video, email & text to assist & accelerate the human workforce with artificial agents. Our focus is on helping customers improve their outcomes in the areas of Business Process (Customer service, IT support, Accounting, Human resources, Legal services, Marketing, IP Legal, etc. Role Overview We are seeking a Product Manager to own the roadmap for our voice-first healthcare AI assistant. You will partner with engineering, design, and GTM teams to deliver products that transform patient and provider interactions. This role requires strong execution skills, customer empathy, and experience building AI-powered products. Key Responsibilities ●      Define and execute product roadmap for conversational AI solutions. ●      Translate customer insights into clear product requirements and user stories. ●      Partner with engineering and design to deliver delightful patient and provider experiences. ●      Track product KPIs (adoption, satisfaction, ROI benchmarks). ●      Collaborate with GTM teams to ensure successful product launches. Qualifications ●      7+ years of product management experience, ideally in AI/ML or SaaS products. ●      Strong background in conversational AI, LLMs, or workflow automation. ●      Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. ●      Healthcare or regulated industry experience is a plus.
