You will partner with engineering, design, and GTM teams to deliver products that transform patient and provider interactions. This role requires strong execution skills, customer empathy, and experience building AI-powered products.Key Responsibilities- Define and execute product roadmap for conversational AI solutions.- Translate customer insights into clear product requirements and user stories.- Partner with engineering and design to deliver delightful patient and provider experiences.- Track product KPIs (adoption, satisfaction, ROI benchmarks).- Collaborate with GTM teams to ensure successful product launches.Qualifications- 4–7 years of product management experience, ideally in AI/ML or Saa S products.- Strong background in conversational AI, LLMs, or workflow automation.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Healthcare or regulated industry experience is a plus.
