Your Role – What You'll Do
As our Social Media Team Lead, you'll be the engine behind our viral content strategy — leading creators, managing campaigns, and making every post count.
- Own strategy + execution across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Manage creator collabs, UGC partners & influencer relationships
- Track performance KPIs (CPV, CPM, engagement rate, retention, etc.) and optimize accordingly
- Run the content calendar, plan weekly deliverables & streamline the entire process
- Use insights and data to boost content performance and brand visibility
- Stay on top of social media trends and formats — from trending audio to meme culture
- Ensure time management and process discipline across your team & deliverables
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of solid experience in social media marketing
- 1+ year in a leadership or team management role
- Hands-on understanding of CPV, CPM, performance metrics, and campaign ROI
- Experience working with short-form platforms (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
- Ability to streamline workflows, manage timelines, and deliver fast without losing quality
- Based in Bangalore and available for on-site work
- Bonus if you've worked with consumer brands, creators, or startups
Bonus Points If You:
- Have worked at a consumer-facing or content-led brand
- Are plugged into Gen Z culture, meme fluency, or creator economy
- Understand how to brief creators and write copy that makes people laugh/react/save/share
