Entry-level position is designed to provide hands-on experience and training in administrative processes and office management. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant professionals to join our team. Admin will get hands-on experience of supporting 2-3 leaders across locations/ time-zones in scheduling meetings, submit expenses, arrange travel. Learn essential administrative skills and contribute to the smooth operation of leader’s office.Key Responsibilities: Assist with daily administrative tasks, including calendar management, travel management and expense submission. Support the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and correspondence. Maintain and update organization charts, distribution lists, and inventory. Collaborate with other team members and act as a backup Collaborate with business partners and help in building a culture across locations. Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop administrative skills. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Preferred qualifications Graduate/Post Graduate or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
