Liaising with external agencies, statutory bodies and authorities; comply fully with all locally applicable statutes and regulations. Record Management. Storage management. Submission of final clearance documents to client for payment process Reprographics Management (Utility Services) -Ensure all printers/copier/scanners/fax/Shredder are in working condition. Co-ordinate all maintenance work and AMC's.
