Technical Specialist – Enterprise Solutions.

PROFILE:

Provide technical leadership in a team that helps to accelerate the adoption of Hexagon products and improve customer productivity through effective technical solutions, sales and marketing engagements across domains and Hexagon’s various technologies.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Work independently, with the technical team and with Sales personnel to provide product, business, and technical knowledge in support of pre-sales and services activities.

· Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including industry practices, key regulations, business drivers, competitive analyses, evolving business needs, etc.

· Responsible for conducting meetings, trainings, and tailoring communications to address business needs of existing and potential clients.

· Responsible for staying abreast of product roadmap as well as understanding the scenarios, features, and functions within each of the products.

· Liaison with Product Management, Sales organization, and customers to provide feedback about features, gaps, competitive analysis, and other related information.

· Attendance at conferences and working with Subject Matter Experts, and research to stay on top of changes in business and technology.

EDUCATION:

· Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics or related from a reputed institution.

· 2 -3 years of experience in the principles of object-oriented programming concepts, languages, and frameworks

e.g. Java, Python, Scripting is must.

· Experience in customizing PLM applications like Teamcenter, Enovia or Windchill (Good to have)

EXPERIENCE:

· 2-3 years of experience in the field of engineering and software development.

· At least 2 years of experience in programming in Java, Python, JavaScript, or Scripting.

· Understanding of Databases, Application Servers, File Systems, and various Operating Systems is required.

· At least 2 years’ experience in building software solutions, design processes and solving complex problems.

· Exposure to FEA/CAE processes and/or Materials in the industry. (Good to have)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES DESIRED:

· Strong technical knowhow and abilities.

· Advanced object-oriented programming skills.

· Excellent interpersonal relationship building skills.

· Able to communicate technical and business information to widely varied audiences.

· Ability to understand and capture business requirements, processes, and problems.

· Extremely motivated and a team player.

· Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

· Must possess strong problem-solving skills.

· Ready to travel across PAN India.

LOCATION:

Pune (Preferred) / Bengaluru.
