·Have over 3-6years of hands-on experience on Informatica is a must

·Have over 3-6years’ Experience in Oracle database is a must

·Have over 3-6years’ Experience on Informatica Support and maintenance would be a must
open to work in all shifts

·Strong understandingand exposure on Data warehousing concepts. Should have worked on at least 1-2Data Warehouse project in the past.

·End to Endproduction support experience.

·Should havestrong experience of managing Data Warehousing and BI Projects

·Strong knowledgeof ITIL concepts. ITIL foundation certification is a plus

·Have Strongtechnical skills in Database and scripting (PL/SQL, Oracle, SQL and Storedprocedures)

·Understandthe logical mapping and data models provided and design and develop ETLmappings as per available patterns.

·Maintain therequired technical documents and adhere to the processes and best practices putin place for Informatica/BO Development/Support

·End to Endproduction support experience

·Knowledge ofticketing tool. E.g. CA service desk, Service Now, Remedy and ALM Tool e.g.JIRA

·At least 5+years of Level2/Level3 Support experience using an ETL Tool like Informatica isrequired

·Provideanalysis and capability to resolve high priority support issues.

·Should havegood experience in application of standard software development principles.

·Knowledge /Exposure to Business Objects as Reporting Tool will be a plus

·Have Goodcommunication and presentation skills

·Ability tomultitask and liaise with multiple stakeholders

·Ability toidentify process improvement opportunities

·Adaptabilityto change

·Ability tounderstand the big picture to work with the Architects and also granularhands-on experience to work with the team

·Knowledge ofprocesses & development best practices
