About the Business Unit
Times Prime, India’s first comprehensive digital membership service for premium content and exclusive member benefits. The new offering from Times Internet, the digital venture of India’s largest media and entertainment group, aims to not only simplify but also elevate every aspect of your life.
As a member of Times Prime, customers gain access to a wide range of premium content across categories including news, entertainment, lifestyle, and more. In addition, we bring to you a full spectrum of privileges and member benefits, specially curated to deliver superior user experience and unmatched value to our subscribers.
About the Role
We seek an Affiliate Manager for Times Prime - a strategic initiative in the subscription space that involves multiple key businesses of Times as well as some of the best brands in India. You will play a pivotal role in assessing and implementing new growth opportunities, managing key publishers, and scaling the business by driving subscriptions.
Location: Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities
- Brainstorm advertising trends and identify new revenue streams.- Engage in daily interactions with advertising agencies, ad networks, and publishers.- Drive Times Prime subscription growth and revenue generation.- Build a delivery pipeline and execute outreach strategies to meet monthly targets.- Oversee critical subscriber campaigns from ideation to execution, and provide performance insights.- Manage multiple channels for promoting affiliate campaigns, regularly analyzing and optimizing performance.- Align internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution.- Identify new affiliates and publishers to drive subscriber growth, implement integrations, and optimize distribution using data-driven insights.- Manage various Times Prime partnerships, including operational workflows, commercial agreements, and account management.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of work experience in an app-first organization (e-commerce, media & entertainment, or agency experience preferred)- Strong analytical, operational, and leadership skills- Excellent people management abilities- Effective communication and interpersonal skills- Experience working in a fast-paced environment- A positive, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented approach to challenges and complexity- Well-organized with strong prioritization skills- Confidence in interacting with senior leadership- Solid understanding of growth strategies and best practices- Proficient in analytics tools such as Appsflyer, Firebase, and Google Analytics
The ideal candidate must be skilled in managing multiple projects, communicating across functions, and identifying critical data information sources. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
