About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Affiliate Manager to assess and implement new growth opportunities, manage key publishers, and scale the business by driving subscriptions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, operational, and leadership skills, with excellent people management abilities and effective communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive subscription growth and revenue generation.
- Manage relationships with key publishers and advertising agencies to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Identify new affiliates and publishers to drive subscriber growth, implement integrations, and optimize distribution using data-driven insights.
- Oversee critical subscriber campaigns from ideation to execution, and provide performance insights.
- Align internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of work experience in an app-first organization (e-commerce, media & entertainment, or agency experience preferred)
- Strong analytical, operational, and leadership skills
- Excellent people management abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented approach to challenges and complexity
- Well-organized with strong prioritization skills
- Confidence in interacting with senior leadership
- Solid understanding of growth strategies and best practices
- Proficient in analytics tools such as Appsflyer, Firebase, and Google Analytics
