Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Development Representative at iBirds Software Services Pvt. Ltd. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, communication, sales, and business development tasks on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
Strong Communication and Sales abilities
Business Development expertise
Excellent interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset
Experience in CRM or tech sales is a plus
Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
0-3 Years of Experience in B2B sales is a plus
Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities
Utilize Salesforce, cold calls, and email to generate new sales opportunities.
Identify the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate products or services.
Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Account executives.
Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
