We’re seeking a Business Head  to lead both our real estate and digital business verticals  — someone who combines strategic leadership, operational discipline, and a modern, entrepreneurial approach. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in real estate, proptech, or education/training operations, with a passion for scaling both physical and online ecosystems. Key Responsibilities ️ Business Leadership & Strategy Define and drive the strategic roadmap for real estate and digital expansion. Oversee P&L, profitability, and growth across multiple verticals. Design and implement processes, SOPs, and performance metrics. Lead sales, partner networks, and training operations with clear targets. Strengthen brand presence through collaborations and strategic partnerships.  Digital Transformation & E-commerce Build and scale TREC’s online learning and sales ecosystem. Manage product listings, digital programs, and online visibility across platforms. Oversee e-commerce operations — from digital marketing to user experience. Drive campaigns for online training programs via Meta, Google, and . Implement CRM/LMS tools to streamline digital operations and engagement.  Marketing, Performance & Analytics Create integrated campaigns to generate leads and enrollments. Track key business metrics Leverage analytics tools to inform data-driven decisions and growth strategies. Deliver regular business reviews and actionable insights.
