The opening is for a PL/SQL Developer who can analyze, design, and develop for the upcoming changes to the existing as well as new asset within division.

This role is technology oriented, which includes defining development methodologies, hands on development for new projects/evolutions, support, providing technical solutions and performing POC for new relevant frameworks available in market.

Knowledge and experience in the Wealth Management (Private Banking) domain is a good to have. (Credit and Risk functions).

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

Write technical specifications (DB and UNIX).Propose technical solutions and improvements proactively, based on pros and cons after analysis of the various options complying to BNPP standards and guidelines.Development of Oracle Stored procedures, Unix scripts, BI4 ReportsPrepare technical deliveries and support implementation by integration teams.Contribute to key, strategic and support projectso

Work with the Business Analyst and Solution architects to understand the business requirements and translate them to technical solutions in the application.o

Perform quality Unit, Integration tests (Test & Business Driven Development is preferred.)o

Assist test team in performance & endurance testing.o

Contribute / review technical specifications.o

Prepare technical deliveries and support implementation by integration teams following the processes and tools of the bank.o

Contribute to key and strategic projects.o

Follow scrum agile ceremonies with discipline and responsibility

Contributing ResponsibilitiesProvide guidance to team members and workParticipate to recruitment, onboard and train new comersPerform quality reporting and controls in line with BNP PARIBAS standards & securityTechnical & Behavioral Competencies

Expert in PL/SQL, Oracle database and Unix Shell ScriptingStrong PL/SQL skill

ability to write efficient, complex queries against very large data sets and complex business requirementsAnalyze existing packages and able to debugOracle Pl/SQL, SAP BI4, PowerBuilderPerformance Tuning and Query optimizationDemonstrates analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in preparing technical and functional test casesAble to work independently
