Job Title: Activity Associate Location: Jayanagar, Bengaluru Organisation: Verbattle Foundation Type: Full-time, On-site (2-year service commitment) Compensation: ₹32,000 per month (take-home) + allowances as per policy Joining: Immediate About Verbattle Verbattle is a 20-year-old pioneering organisation dedicated to training children, youth, and professionals in debate, public speaking, leadership, and logical thinking. Our work creates real social impact—shaping minds and transforming attitudes across generations. Service Commitment and Terms A minimum 2-year service commitment is required. Notice period: 45 days after confirmation. Probation period: 6 months. During probation, employees are eligible for 1 casual leave per month . After probation, 18 days of leave per year (inclusive of all types of leave) are permitted. Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. Regular reporting and continuous upgradation of skills and domain knowledge are mandatory. Who We Are Looking For Recent graduates with strong communication and social skills, or up to 2 years of relevant experience. Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of Kannada/Hindi is an advantage. Pleasant demeanour with a positive and professional attitude. Self-driven, inclusive in approach, and committed to meaningful work. Comfortable working in a structured academic and training environment. Willing to travel within Bengaluru and across India to activity points and event venues. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage debate competitions, training programmes, and public events. Assist in conducting sessions and workshops for students, educators, and professionals. Create content to support organisational initiatives, outreach, and promotion. Be an active participant in growth and development activities of the organisation. Participate in outreach, promotional campaigns, and content-driven initiatives. Travel to activity points and event venues as required. Represent Verbattle’s values in all engagements and public interactions. Maintain reports, records, and documentation of activities and events. Compensation and Benefits Fixed take-home salary of ₹32,000 per month . Allowances as applicable under company policy. Reimbursement for travel as per actuals and company norms. Incentives may be considered only after one year , based strictly on remarkable performance that results in organisational growth .
