JobSummary: We are seeking anexperienced Finance Manager with a strong background in financialmanagement and a deep understanding of Zoho Books. The successfulcandidate will oversee the financial operations ensure compliancewith accounting standards and provide strategic financial insightsto support our companys growth andprofitability.


KeyResponsibilities:

1.FinancialPlanning andAnalysis:

  • Developand implement financial strategies budgets andforecasts.
  • Conductfinancial analysis to identify trends variances and opportunitiesforimprovement.
  • Preparefinancial reports including profit and loss statements balancesheets and cash flowstatements.

2.ZohoBooksManagement:

  • Overseethe implementation maintenance and optimization of Zoho Books forall financialtransactions.
  • Ensureaccuracy and completeness of financial data within ZohoBooks.
  • Trainand support team members in the use of ZohoBooks.

3.AccountingandCompliance:

  • Ensurecompliance with local state and federal regulations and accountingstandards.
  • Managethe monthend and yearend closeprocesses.
  • Coordinatewith external auditors for annual audits and ensure timelyresolution of auditfindings.

4.CashFlowManagement:

  • Monitorand manage the company s cash flow ensuring adequateliquidity.
  • Overseeaccounts receivable and payable processes to ensure timelycollections andpayments.
  • Developstrategies to optimize workingcapital.

5.FinancialReporting:

  • Prepareaccurate and timely financial reports for management andstakeholders.
  • Presentfinancial performance and key metrics to seniormanagement.
  • Providefinancial insights and recommendations to supportdecisionmaking.

6.Billing Payments & CollectionManagement:

Monitor and manage overall billing in Coordination with operationteam and processteam.

Managing overall collection of Bills on a timelymanner.

Overall control on Sales orders Purchase orders andPayments.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field; MBApreferred.
  • 1015years of experience in finance or accounting roles with at least 5years in a managerialposition.
  • Proficiencyin Zoho Books and other financialsoftware.
  • Strongknowledge of accounting principles financial regulations andreportingstandards.

Key Responsibilities:1. Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financialstrategies, budgets, and forecasts. Conduct financial analysis toidentify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements,balance sheets, and cash flow statements. 2. Zoho Books Management:Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of ZohoBooks for all financial transactions. Ensure accuracy andcompleteness of financial data within Zoho Books. Train and supportteam members in the use of Zoho Books. 3. Accounting andCompliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federalregulations and accounting standards. Manage the month-end andyear-end close processes. Coordinate with external auditors forannual audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings. 4.Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the company s cash flow,ensuring adequate liquidity. Oversee accounts receivable andpayable processes to ensure timely collections and payments.Develop strategies to optimize working capital. 5. FinancialReporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports formanagement and stakeholders. Present financial performance and keymetrics to senior management. Provide financial insights andrecommendations to support decision-making. 6. Billing, Payments& Collection Management: - Monitor and manage overall billingin Co-ordination with operation team and process team. - Managingoverall collection of Bills on a timely manner. - Overall controlon Sales orders, Purchase orders and Payments. Qualifications:Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBApreferred. 10-15 years of experience in finance or accountingroles, with at least 5 years in a managerial position. Proficiencyin Zoho Books and other financial software. Strong knowledge ofaccounting principles, financial regulations, and reportingstandards.
