Job Description : Overall, a Finance Manager in India plays a critical role in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making to achieve business objectives. They must possess strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and leadership abilities to effectively fulfill their responsibilities. Top of Form Analyzing financial performance, identifying trends, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. Collaborating with senior management to develop financial strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and growth plans. Leading and managing a team of finance professionals responsible for various functions such as accounting, financial analysis, and financial reporting. Lead the team in defining and documenting financial process, staff responsibilities, and recruiting and onboarding new resources. Providing guidance, mentorship, and training to enhance the skills and capabilities of the finance team. Serve as a point of contact for finance-related inquiries and requests. Identify talent gaps and succession planning needs within the team. A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field. CMA, MBA or related experience 5 to 7 year experience in relevant finance and accounting roles. Prior supervisory experience leading a team of finance or accounting resources. Finance and Accounting knowledge Team management Attention to detail Proficient in Excel. MS Dynamics (Great Plains) and OneStream experience is a plus This position has one or more employee direct reports. Mainly India Office in Chennai
