Job Title: Tech Lead BilingualLocation: PAN IndiaMode of working: Hybrid 3 days onsite/weekRole: FulltimeExperience:- Minimum 7 years of experience in software development.- Strong hands-on expertise in:- Java, Spring Boot, Microservices- SQL & MySQL (or other relational databases)- Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelopment:- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Java and Spring Boot.- Implement best practices in coding, debugging, testing, and deployment.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.Project Execution:- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.- Estimate development efforts and participate in sprint planning.- Deliver projects on time while meeting quality standards.Continuous Improvement:- Stay updated with the latest in Java, Spring, and related technologies.- Suggest improvements in coding standards, architecture, and processes.- Contribute to technical discussions and knowledge sharing sessions.Required Skills:- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices.- Proficiency in SQL & MySQL (or other relational databases).- Good understanding of Agile methodologies.- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.Education:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
