The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IT monitoring tools, automation, and incident management across multi-cloud environments.Primary Skills- Deep expertise in IT monitoring tools (ManageEngine, SolarWinds)- Strong understanding of server, network, cloud, and database monitoring- Hands-on experience with log shipping and aggregation tools (Fluentd, Filebeat, ELK/EFK stack)- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure monitoring (Azure Monitor)- Knowledge of incident management and alert correlation in ITSM platforms (ServiceNow)- Experience in automating infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, etc.Secondary Skills- Exposure to additional monitoring tools like Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana- Familiarity with AWS CloudWatch and GCP Operations Suite- Experience with alerting and escalation platforms such as OpsGenie and PagerDuty- Ability to build self-healing workflows integrated with AIOps solutionsIf you’re passionate about building resilient, automated infrastructure and driving operational excellence — we’d love to connect
