Job description:

  • Actively respond to leads and DMs for online courses and fashion products through social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.).
  • Engage with potential customers via chats, DMs, and comments, converting inquiries into sales.
  • Deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to customer needs to drive conversions.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure maximum conversion rates.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets as set by the company.

2. Social Media Handling & Customer Support:

  • Respond promptly to customer queries, comments, and messages on social media.
  • Provide accurate product/course details, pricing, and benefits to potential buyers.
  • Resolve customer concerns and objections to build trust and encourage purchases.
  • Maintain a positive brand image through professional and engaging communication.

3. Lead Generation & Follow-ups:

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers through social media engagement.
  • Collect and manage leads through chats, forms, and CRM tools.
  • Conduct follow-ups via calls, texts, or emails to nurture leads and close sales.

4. Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Maintain records of sales, leads, and customer interactions.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Suggest improvements in sales strategies based on customer feedback.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, social media marketing, or e-commerce.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other social platforms.
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead management is a plus.

Performance Metrics:

  • Number of leads generated per week.
  • Conversion rate (chats to sales).
  • Achievement of monthly sales targets.
  • Customer satisfaction and engagement levels.

Job Type: Full-time/Remote

Salary: Base + Commission (Performance-based incentives)
