Role Overview
As a Territory Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, brand visibility, and consumer engagement for Sunran Alcobevs portfolio across Indore and Bhopal. The role emphasizes on-trade client management (bars, restaurants, lounges, clubs) and efficient logistics coordination from FLW to ensure uninterrupted product availability. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement strategies, build strong customer relationships, and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute territory-level sales and marketing plans aligned with company goals on volume, share, and brand growth.
- Manage and expand on-trade accounts, ensuring consistent brand presence, premium visibility, and strong relationships with key clients.
- Treat on-trade as a priority growth channel, driving activations, menu listings, and promotional visibility.
- Coordinate logistics and stock movement from FLW to ensure timely deliveries and product availability.
- Develop and execute localized merchandising and visibility strategies in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing teams.
- Conceptualize and manage impactful brand activations to support launches and strengthen consumer connect.
- Ensure optimal utilization of marketing budgets and suggest corrective actions if required.
- Build and manage vendor relationships for signage, merchandising equipment, and promotional material.
- Track effectiveness of promotions and activations, share insights with Sales Leadership and Regional Heads.
- Collect, analyze, and report market data on sales performance, activation scores, and consumer trends.
- Drive consumer engagement programs to improve brand recall and loyalty.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Graduate degree required (Business, Commerce, Hospitality preferred). MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years of sales/trade marketing experience in Alcobev, FMCG, beverages, or hospitality sectors.
- Fresh graduates with strong internships in FMCG/Alcobev may also be considered.
- Strong understanding of on-trade dynamics will be a distinct advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with sales reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
