Strong problem-solving skills, debugging, and troubleshooting experience.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Write clean, maintainable code and conduct thorough code reviews.Implement best practices for performance tuning, error handling, and logging.Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to system design.Ensure data security and compliance across backend components.
