Strong problem-solving skills, debugging, and troubleshooting experience.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Write clean, maintainable code and conduct thorough code reviews.- Implement best practices for performance tuning, error handling, and logging.- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to system design.- Ensure data security and compliance across backend components.
