Position: Lead Engineer(Process&Proposal)

Experience: 6 to 8 Years

Qualification: BE Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering

Remuneration: Commensurate with capabilities and industry standards

Domain: EPC / Supply orders for Energy Saving Systems, Hot water systems, Waste Heat recovery systems, Hot air generators systems, Steam generation systems, Thermal oil systems, Waste Heat Based Power Plant etc.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Planning, preparation, review and approval of pre-order and post order designs, proposals, cost estimates, documentation, process engineering, vendor print control and performance evaluation of projects
  • Strong technical and design expertise in the domain; Good business commercial acumen
  • On Time Performance of the outputs to internal and external customers
  • Actively assist marketing &sales team and operations teams respectively in managing time, cost and quality
  • Coordination with cross functional teams and participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders as and when necessary

Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

  • Innovative approach to acquiring latest technologies/ technology tools/ continuous improvements/ standardization to the systems and internal design and engineering processes. Experience/ exposure in installation, commissioning and troubleshooting desirable
  • Thermal Design in compliance with Boiler design codes like IBR, ASME. Conversant with Thermal design software's (KED, HTRI, GANPATHY etc)
  • Preparation of P&IDs, valve list, instrument list, electrical load list in compliance with the contract.
  • Line sizing / duct sizing / material selection.
  • Equipment Specification / Technical Vetting / CRS (Fans / Pumps / Bag filter / ESP / Silencers / Safety valves/ soot blowers / Material Handling i.e., Fuel and Ash Handling System etc
  • Ability to deal with senior decision makers/ end users. Consultative approach to define customer needs

Good communication skills:

  • verbal, written and presentation. Good listener, ready to evaluate/ adapt to suggestions
  • Strong team player with Implementation of design software, training & developments of the subordinates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50, ₹80,000.00 per month
