You'll have the opportunity to work with some of the best minds serving insurance customers in US, UK and Canadian markets.Key Responsibilities:Following are the day-to-day work activities:Serve as a technical lead contributing to and directing the efforts of development teams, including internal and external team membersDesign, develop, modify, implement, and support software components anywhere in the software stackDetermine root cause for the most complex software issues and develop practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutionsRemain current on new technologies, evaluate, and make recommendations as necessary.Assist in task planning, estimation, schedulingMentor Software Engineers and help them enhance they’re for skill/knowledge development through advice, coaching, and training opportunitiesDetermine process improvements, best practices, and develop new processesWork in close partnership with cross-functional teams and managementWrite, modify, and debug software for client applicationsRemain cool and effective in a crisisStay on the leading edge of development practicesRequired Skills & Experience:Candidates are required to have these mandatory skills to get the eligibility of their profile assessed. The must have requirements are:7-10 years of IT experience with 3+ experience on Guidewire integration development (preferably forms integration)Experience in Integration on any of Guidewire Products such as Claim Center, Policy Center, Billing CenterExperience in integration components, including APIs, web services, and data mappingsExperience with web services (SOAP/REST), XML, JSON, and related technologiesExperience in Insurance domain with respect to commercial and personal line of businessExperience Agile/Scrum Project ExperienceGood conceptual, analytical, mathematical skillsAbout ValueMomentum:ValueMomentum is a leading solutions provider for the global property & casualty insurance industry, supported by deep domain and technology capabilities.
