What would you be doing?


Airblack Studios helps brands create professional video content at scale by leveraging a talented pool of over 10,000+ creators from Airblack's student base. As a Brand Account Manager at Airblack Studios, you will be responsible for managing brand accounts by overseeing their creative direction, implementation, and deliverables. You will collaborate closely with brands to understand their vision and translate it into high-quality, professional video content at scale. 

Your role will involve coordinating with creators, ensuring that all projects align with brand guidelines and are delivered on time and within budget. By leveraging your expertise in creative problem solving and process orientation, you will ensure seamless execution and exceptional outcomes, fostering long-term partnerships and driving brand success.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Account Management: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and the right kind of creators within assigned categories. Develop and implement strategies to expand and optimize the category, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Engage in creative brainstorming with brands to scope out their video requirements.
  • Negotiations: Negotiate and finalize agreements with creators, securing favorable terms and conditions. Collaborate with creators and brands to develop mutually beneficial partnerships that align with brand objectives.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and content creation, to drive category success. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align strategies and address challenges. Work closely with the content production team to deliver high-quality video content.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on category performance, highlighting key metrics and insights. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization within the category. 
  • Retention: Develop and implement strategies to retain brand accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and satisfaction. Continuously seek feedback from brands to improve services and address any concerns promptly.


What makes you a suitable candidate?


  • Video Production Experience: 1-2 years of extensive experience in creating and managing high-quality video content from start to finish.
  • Creative Problem Solving: Ability to develop innovative and brand-aligned solutions to complex challenges, ensuring creative excellence.
  • Process Orientation: Proven track record of developing and implementing efficient workflows to enhance productivity.
  • Eye for Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards and error-free content.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Strong communication skills and ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
  • Education: Bachelor Arts, or equivalent advanced degree, will be an added advantage.
