Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Assistant Recruiter to support our recruitment team. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and passionate about helping find and place the best talent for our client organizations. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and internal databases. Screening and Coordination: Conduct initial resume reviews and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Documentation Support: Prepare and manage recruitment-related documentation, including job descriptions, offer letters, and onboarding materials. Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the recruitment database. Recruitment Administration: Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks, such as posting job openings and preparing recruitment reports. Candidate Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing updates on their application status and ensuring a positive recruitment experience. Market Research: Assist in gathering and analyzing data on recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and industry best practices. Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure all recruitment processes align with company policies and legal requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Basic understanding of recruitment or human resources functions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with recruitment tools is preferred.
