CREDO INFOTECH Pvt. Ltd. is a specialist Cyber Security Systems Integrator based in Gurugram. The company works closely with leading vendors such as, SolarWinds, GTB, OpenText, Forcepoint, KnowBe4, OneLogin, Trellix, Beyond Trust, Netskope, Thales, Mimecast, etc. to deliver technology solutions that protect, detect and respond against network outages, malicious adversaries, and internal malpractices. Our customers span across various verticals including Banking, Financial Services and Insurance, Government, Healthcare, Hospitality, Manufacturing, and SMB.
Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. Your primary role will involve:
- Business Development:
- Prospecting and generating new leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.)
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Conducting market research and identifying target industries and clients
- Developing and executing effective sales strategies and plans
- Preparing and presenting compelling sales proposals and presentations
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Client Relationship Management:
- Managing and nurturing client relationships
- Addressing client concerns and providing timely solutions
- Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in Delhi NCR and in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of the emerging technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of cyber security solutions and industry trends
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
