Recruiter (1+ Years Experience) – Remote

Remote (Work From Home)

About the Role:

We are looking for a
dynamic Recruiter
with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in
end-to-end recruitment
across
IT and Non-IT roles
. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while delivering quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing to offer closure.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews.
  • Handle salary negotiations and coordinate offer rollouts.
  • Maintain proper communication and professional email etiquette with candidates.
  • Build and nurture a strong candidate pipeline across IT and Non-IT positions.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in
    Human Resources (HR)
    is mandatory.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in
    end-to-end recruitment
    (IT & Non-IT).
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office tools
    (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong sourcing and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Must have own laptop and reliable internet connection.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup.
