About the Role:
We are looking for a
dynamic Recruiter
with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in
end-to-end recruitment
across
IT and Non-IT roles
. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while delivering quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing to offer closure.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
- Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews.
- Handle salary negotiations and coordinate offer rollouts.
- Maintain proper communication and professional email etiquette with candidates.
- Build and nurture a strong candidate pipeline across IT and Non-IT positions.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in
Human Resources (HR)
is mandatory. - Minimum 1 year of experience in
end-to-end recruitment
(IT & Non-IT). - Proficiency in
MS Office tools
(Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Strong sourcing and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Must have own laptop and reliable internet connection.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup.
