- **Medical Record Management:** Ensure the accurate and timely processing, filing, and retrieval of patient medical records.

- **Data Entry:** Input and update patient information in the system.

- **Quality Assurance:** Regularly audit medical records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with hospital standards and regulatory requirements .

- **Confidentiality:** Maintain strict confidentiality and security of patient information.

- **Record Maintenance:** Oversee the storage, retention, and disposal of medical records according to hospital policies and legal requirements.

- **Coordination:** Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to facilitate access to patient records as needed.

- **Customer Service:** Assist patients and their families with inquiries related to medical records and ensure a positive patient experience.

- **Training and Compliance:** Stay updated on medical record management best practices and ensure staff compliance with relevant protocols.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

-Qualification should be Graduate with 2 years experience in MRD in a hospital.

• Proven experience in medical record management or a similar role within a healthcare setting.

• Familiarity with medical terminology.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Proficient in computer skills and data management software.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
