Job Summary

A Workday Consultant is responsible for the successful implementation, configuration, and support of Workday HCM and/or Financials modules. The consultant will collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions. This role necessitates a profound understanding of Workday functionality, robust project management skills, and exceptional communication abilities.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive business process assessments and requirements gathering sessions with clients.
  • Design and configure Workday solutions to align with client requirements.
  • Execute data migration and integration activities with precision.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and conduct thorough testing cycles.
  • Deliver comprehensive training to end-users on Workday functionality.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues for Workday users.
  • Stay abreast of Workday product updates and enhancements.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in implementing and supporting Workday HCM and/or Financials modules.
  • In-depth understanding of HR and/or finance business processes.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
  • Project management skills (preferred).


Workday Certifications (Required/Preferred):

  • Specify required certifications (e.g., Workday HCM Functional Consultant, Workday Financials Functional Consultant)
  • List preferred certifications (e.g., Workday Advanced Compensation, Workday Benefits)
